Akira Kurosawa
Today would have been Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa's 100th birthday. Though I haven't the time to write some lenghty and deserving of Kurosawa, here's the trailer for Ran, and a scene from Stray Dog, two of Kurosawa's best films.
